‘Rogue’ White House Staff Tweet Insider Secrets

There is no denying that Twitter has had a major role in the US Presidential election. President Trump used Twitter to communicate his message to followers and share his opinions on many topics that ranged from his disapproval of his portrayal on Saturday Night Live to his plans to have Mexico pay for a Wall on the southern border of the United States. When President Trump inherited the @POTUS Twitter account, CNBC stated that he had “no plans to cut back on his frequent use of Twitter despite the disapproval of the majority of Americans and a range of security risks.”

As Trump worked his way up to the most powerful position in the world, he used his Twitter account to attack people who criticized him and to publically share his versions of the truth. His Twitter use may have also exposed him to more criticism on the social media site.

Twitter drama has recently escalated as a new account under the name “Rogue POTUS Staff” surfaced and garnered a lot of attention. The new Twitter account describes itself as “the unofficial resistance team inside the White House.” They also stated, “We will block anyone who asks us to ID ourselves (including press), or who makes suggestions of violence.”

The people who run the account are unknown and there is no way to check the authenticity of the account. Either way, the ‘rogues’ have already begun posting tweets about what is going on in the White House. The Twitter account started posting on January 26th and has already created more than 230 tweets.

The first tweet stated, “Pres. Trump is already making waves at the office. Wants to be “the President who will be remembered as a King.” His words, not ours. — Rogue POTUS Staff (@RoguePOTUSStaff) January 26, 2017″

Here is another tweet that got many likes and retweets:
“Pres. Trump doesn’t quite understand the difference between being POTUS and being a business owner. Keeps asking “who says I can’t?”— Rogue POTUS Staff (@RoguePOTUSStaff) January 26, 2017”

Perhaps as time continues, more will be revealed on who is behind the Gossip Girl-esque account. At this point, there is no way to know who @RoguePOTUSStaff is unless they reveal themselves.
